Reeldifference.com is a product of being bored with wearing the usual promotional badge reels from pharmaceutical companies or ambulance
companies. At the hospital where I work the nurses can wear either blue scrubs or white scrubs. Not much variation there, and really not easy to
express your personality or taste when everyone wears the same thing. So I decided to “dress up” some plain old badge reels with pieces of old
jewelry I had lying around. I wore them and gave a few to friends at work. Before long I had people coming up to me from all over the hospital
wanting to know where they could purchase one for themselves. And that is how Reeldifference.com was born.
Because I use many vintage and unique pieces purchased at auctions or found at yard sales, many of my designs are either very limited or in
some cases, one of a kind. So if you see one you like, don’t let it slip away because there may not ever be another one like it.
These badge reels make great gifts for coworkers, family, friends and students. Because the designs are so unique, they will probably be the only
one in their hospital or office that has anything like it! Also an ideal gift for those “hard to shop for” people on your gift list who seem to have
everything.
